The 5th annual internal "06 Lunar New Year Cup" was held on the evening of March 6th at Rooftop Ballfield of Pier 40. The competition was the Hong Kong team against the Mainland China team, divided into two groups: the open division and the 40+ division. The result of the 5th annual internal "06 Lunar New Year Cup" is as follows: the open division Hong Kong team defeated the Mainland China team 5:4, the 40+ division Hong Kong team won 6:0. The Hong Kong team won the championship with a final score of 11:4.

The 2nd annual "06 FIFA Internal E-Cup" kicked off at the end of January. After a month and a half of nearly a hundred fierce qualifying and elimination rounds of the 12 contestants, Dee Liang (FC Barcelona) won the throne of The 2nd annual "06 FIFA Internal E-Cup" with a 4:1 victory in the final against Chiu Lau (FC Porto).

The youth training program was suspended for a full year due to the uncertainty of the epidemic. We have resumed the youth training program in the spring, continue to enforce the safety guidelines of the New York State Department of Health and United States Soccer Federation. 06 United Football Club strictly abides by all precautions to ensure our members learn and grow their formal soccer technical in a safe environment.

As part of 06 United Football Club’s mission to promote the soccer culture, we strongly believe soccer is for all ages and genders. Thus, we hosted the event of “06 Women Soccer Day” on May 8th at Pier 40, to introduce basic soccer techniques and foot-eye coordination through fun activities.

06 United Football Club hosted The 1st annual “Amoy Cup” 8v8 soccer tournament with our official sponsorship Amoy Food Limited, it was grandly held on May 23rd at College Point Fields, Flushing. The 1st annual “Amoy Cup” is the first large-scale Chinese soccer tournament in east coast since the epidemic, with twelve teams divided into open division and 40+ division. 'Tian Chi FC' won the championship of the open division and 'Long Island United' is the first place of the 40+ division.

As part of 06 United Football Club’s social responsibility, we are determined to keep safe and effort to help our community to return to a healthy and prosperous as soon as possible. Therefore, we are partnered with NYC Health, to share the importance of the Covid-19 vaccine effective June 2021.

06 United Football Club had resumed Youth Summer Camp for July to August sessions, held at four major Chinese communities in New York City. Over hundreds of members between ages five to thirteen were able to acknowledge the soccer culture, technique, and team effort in the course of eight weeks session.

Goalkeeper is an indispensable role in a soccer game, it is the last defense for the team. To spread the knowledge and discover potential young goalkeepers, 06 United Football Club held the “Goalkeeper Experience Day” on August 8th at Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Free basic skills training and an informative introduction were given to over thirty young participants. Mentors are men's team players of 06 United Football Club, they shared their experiences and answered questions to our future potential goalkeepers.

06 United Football Club is excited to host The 3rd annual “Machine Cup” 11-a-side soccer tournament on October 10th at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The 3rd annual “Machine Cup” was competed by eight teams with a total of two hundred and twenty-one players. Despite the foul weather, all players were able to show their outstanding performance. After rounds of competitive and friendly battles, the 3rd annual “Machine Cup” champion goes to team 'Newport FC'.

The 9th annual “06 Adult Internal Cup" tournament was held on November 20th at Courtyard West of Pier 40. The tournament was matched by five teams, team C led by Joeson Ko and team D led by Yong Chang Yu made it to the final round. The 9th annual “06 Adult Internal Cup" ended in a tie and team D won the championship by penalty shootout.

To fulfill 06 United Football Club’s mission, pass-on soccer culture to young generations, we established our first 06 Youth Winter Camp at lower Manhattan location effective December 2021.

Huge congratulations to our official youth partner, the New York City Football Club (NYCFC), won their first MLS Cup Playoffs Championship after eight years of establishment. NYCFC is actively involved and heavily invested in the soccer community, including a $100 million MLS qualification, and persevering for developing the soccer activities in local New York City. NYCFC contributed to youth programs over the years, providing youth coaching training courses, tryouts, games tickets and more.

The "06 Anniversary Gala" was held on December 11th, at Flushing. Members and volunteers of 06 United Football Club are once again, gathered to celebrate another meaningful and memorable year. All attendees enjoyed a fun night of dance performance, gift drawings and games with prizes. To show our appreciation, awards to our coaches and volunteers as a thank you. In addition, we awarded the following winners: Most Improved Award 2021 (Yong Chang Yu)，Most Attendance Award 2021 (Yong Shi), Champion of 06 FIFA Internal e-Cup (Chiu Lau, 2020 / Dee Liang, 2021). Meanwhile, Alan Cheung and Yuping Li both won the award of '06 Best Actor 2020' after voted from all members.

06 United Football Club has foresee our path to continue to invest and contribute to the soccer community. To celebrate our 15th anniversary and build a better foundation for our future development, we are proud to announce 06 United Football Club has our new club logo and is trademarked.
